Muffins de canela

in Recetas
Ingredientes para 12 muffins:
* 1 1/2 cups de harina
* 1/2 cup de azucar
* 1/2 teaspoon de sal
* 1/2 teaspoon de canela
* 1/2 cup leche
* 1/4 cup azúcar moreno
* 2 teaspoons de baking powder
* 1 huevo, batido
* 1/3 cup de compota de manzana
* 1/4 cup aceite
Pasos:
1. Tamizar la harina, el azúcar, el azúcar moreno, la baking powder, la sal, y la canela
2. Mezclar el huevo, el aceite y la leche y añadir a los ingredientes secos. Mezclar hasta que todo quede bien humidificado.
3. Llenar los moldes a 2/3
4. Cocer a 400ºF durante unos 15 minutos.
